With the holidays just around the corner it is time to start focusing on gift giving.  Every year I have a number of people on my list that are kind of hard to shop for so I usually try to find something that will help them take care of themselves.  Self care is important for everyone and I find that most of the time the people that truly need self care are the ones that never take time to relax and find a good balance of me time.  Add the craze of the holidays and that balance is no where to be found!

A great way to make sure your friends and family are taking advantage of the self care opportunities is to create a gift basket with multiple oils and the diffuser.  Super easy gift!

Now, I am a person that loves to creative DIY gifts for the holidays too.  Once I knew about this line of oils I started thinking about what kinds of salt scrubs I could make with the oils.  One of my favorite scents is Chamomile because of the soothing, calming and nurturing scent.  It is perfect for any occasion when you want to unwind and relax.

Pretty simple right? A great way to make multiple DIY gifts for friends or family. My plan is to make a few different scents like Lavender and Peppermint and then create a gift set with the diffuser and a few oils for them as well. This gift basket will be a gift of relaxation and self care!

Wow, this really resonate with me! Lately, I have been having anxiety attacks and just the other day a friend of mine mentioned using Chamomile to help calm and relax me. I am going to make my own batch and add a few different oils to my scrub base. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe, these will make great gifts also.

I love homemade gift- both giving and receiving. Salt scrub is such a great self care gift and perfect for anyone who wants to relax. And the smell of chamomile is one of my all time favorites.

I will have to make this Chamomile Calming Salt Scrub. I have everything I need except the coarse sea salt. I think this scrub would help my kiddo and me.
