By the end of our Elf on the Shelf fun we always feel like we are scrambling for ideas to keep the kids having fun with Cupcake and Peppermint. December completely got away from me so I am sharing with you some of our favorites of our year that became our Last Minute Elf Ideas!
Last Minute Elf On The Shelf Ideas
So many great ideas that are super easy for those crazy nights in December.
Cupcake and Peppermint decided to spin a few tunes on the record player while we all slept. Party Animals!!!
Christmas crafts are so much fun, especially when your elf brings you something to decorate. The kids made beautiful Gingerbread house crafts after we got home from school.
Yearly ornament drop off! Doc and Spiderman were the choices this year. The elves dropped these off for Jude and Teagan to put on the tree for 2015!
Who put the elves in the cookie jar??
Going for a swing – okay, this is not a last minute one but if you do enough TP roll collecting it really is easy to replicate. Believe me, it is easy enough and the kids LOVED this one! Add it to your list!
Peppermint and Cupcake’s last visit. They brought new Christmas PJ’s and even found the Santa plate, cup and reindeer bowl! We are set for a great Christmas Eve!! We always have our elves say goodbye on Christmas Eve with a nice gift of new PJ’s to wear on Christmas Eve night.
How did your Elves do this year? Any fun creations or placements you found?
