Can you hear it…yes, it is that time of the year! The holidays are here! It seems like every year that goes on we begin the holiday celebrations earlier and earlier and with that comes more and more gatherings and events to prepare for. Sure, it is busy but it is a fun season too! One of my favorite things about this time of the year is the family and friend gatherings that always result in great food and recipes. A lot of times we get focused on that BIG dinner but this year, it is time to focus on every meal this holiday season.

This Bacon and Frittata recipe is so good and seriously easy. Every time I would go to a brunch with friends and I would see their Frittatas I thought they would be too hard to make but I was wrong. Now I am excited to try all kinds of Frittata recipes.
Now, keep in mind, this particular recipe is a crustless recipe, there are other ways to achieve a delicious Frittata but I love crustless options because they are a bit healthier and lighter.

This looks amazing! I love bacon just about any way, although my favorite has to be on a BLT with garden fresh tomatoes. I'll have to wait until summer for that, but this frittata should hold me over!
Yum, Yum, Yum!! I'm sending my husband out this weekend to grab every ingredient to make this. Wow, it looks so delicious and I'm always looking for different recipes to share during the holidays.
That looks amazing! I'm on a huge bacon kick and always looking for new ways to add it to my recipes! This would be a great Christmas morning meal!
I have used to Wright bacon before, and I like the quality and how well that it cooked. This looks like a great recipe, even though my husband is not crazy about a frittata. And they have to just make it for myself.
I have never made a frittata before! This looks absolutely delicious! I bookmarked this recipe to make on Christmas morning!
The last time I had brie was at my college graduation party, and it was part of a cheese and cracker spread. It was good! I have not cooked with it before. I think this would be a good way to explore using this cheese in an entrée.
This looks oh so delicious. I would love something like this for a weekend brunch with the family. I think my husband would really love it too. We will have to give it a try, I don't think I've ever had a frittata before. – Jeanine
I had to look up brie cheese just now because I didn't know what it was. I can't believe I've went all this time without trying it. This frittata will be served shortly.
This recipe looks delicious! This is definitely something my dad would LOVE.
