St. Patrick’s Day and Spring is just around the corner! I love decorating for this time of the year which means it is time for crafts with my favorite Preschooler! I wanted something for our front window for St. Patrick’s Day but also for Spring. Rainbows are totally St. Patrick’s Day and so Springy! This craft is perfect for school aged kiddos.  When we made this,  Jude is almost 4 and he needed assistance but did most of it on his own. It was actually a very educational craft as well, we learned all about Rainbows and colors! Want to make your own?  Of course you do!

Rainbow Colored tissue paper cut or torn into small pieces.

Using a pretty large piece of wax paper begin setting up your crafting area.  Paint the glue onto the wax paper.  Be generous with the glue, Elmer’s School Glue worked great for us and of course it dries clear.

Once the glue is on the wax paper start creating your rainbow with the squares of colored tissue paper.   When asking Jude what order the colors go in on a Rainbow he started singing a song from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  Such a fun craft.  I let him decide how much of each color to use and how he wanted his Rainbow to be shaped.

After we were done with the Rainbow colors and white clouds Jude told me that we needed a treasure at the Rainbow too.  Well of course we need a Pot O Gold! Well done Jude.

This is the face of a pleased boy!  Check out that Treasure he made!!

Once the tissue paper is in place you will need to roll out another sheet of wax paper and paint more white glue onto it.  Simply place the second piece of wax paper glue side down onto the tissue paper.  Smooth out and remove any air bubbles.

Let the glue dry completely, we let ours sit over night, once dry you can cut your Rainbow Stained Glass out.

We hung ours up with clear packing tape on the front window.  I love walking up to our house and seeing a bright colorful art piece from Jude.

Definitely, It is a wonderful and informative website about financial markets. It is very useful for us. So, I loved it. Many, many thanks to you for creating such an informative website.
