It is no surprise that the health of our family is on our mind.  One thing that the pandemic has shown me is that I need to take this time to be more organized in all areas of my life.  This free printable family health pack will help you build a great family health notebook that will make your life easier.

How To Create A Family Health Notebook

To start creating your family health note book print out the free Family Health Pack.  This will help you get started on how you want to build your notebook.  This is a generic printable that can be used on its own or you can use it as part of your family health notebook.  When I started building mine, I began by jotting down items that I felt would be important if something happened to me or my family and someone needed information to help us.

3-ring binder
Dividers 
Folders
Stickers 
A pen/pencil holder 
Printer

What Is Included In The Free Printable Family Health Pack

Like I said, this printable is a great option to get your family health notebook started.  While you might want to add more items, printables or folders to your notebook you will find that this printable will come in handy.

For my family health notebook I will be creating sections for each member of the family in order to keep our information in one place but also have some “all family” information in the notebook as well.
