These delicious fresh orange oatmeal muffins are the perfect healthy breakfast recipe. Baked with whole wheat flour, oats, and topped with fresh orange slices.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare muffin tins with liners.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together sugar, egg, orange juice, Armour Premium All-Natural Lard, and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking powder, orange zest and salt and stir to combine.
Once combined add the Greek Yogurt and mix well.
Carefully fill each liner with about 1/4 cup of batter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
