Easy Fish Parmesan Casserole

This Easy Fish Parmesan Casserole recipe will have your family asking for seconds and you will have some extra time in your busy #momlife schedule!  Using frozen fish fillets and your favorite pasta sauce you can create this delicious twist on a family favorite in 30 minutes!

  • 8 Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets FROZEN
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce of choice
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 10 ounces Spaghetti noodles


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and prepare a 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray. 

  2. Carefully spread a thin layer of Spaghetti sauce into the dish. 

  3. Place 6-8 Gorton's Beer Battered Crispy Fillets into the casserole dish and sauce. 

  4. Pour the remaining Spaghetti sauce over the fillets and cover completely. 

  5. Sprinkle the Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Shredded Parmesan Cheese evenly over the sauce and fillets. 

  6. Top casserole with Panko bread crumbs and cover dish with foil. 

  7. Bake Fish Parmesan Casserole for 20 minutes covered.  And then uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.  

  8. While casserole is baking, prepare the Spaghetti noodles as directed on package. 

  9. Once Fish Parmesan Casserole is cooked properly, place Spaghetti noodles on a plate and place a heaping spoonful of Fish Parmesan Casserole over the noodles.  Enjoy Fish Parmesan Casserole hot and with pasta and garlic bread!
