Delicious Tuna Salad Pita Pockets

  • 1 pouch StarKist® Selects E.V.O.O. Yellowfin Tuna with Sun-dried tomato
  • Whole Wheat Pita Pockets
  • 3 TBSP Mayo
  • 2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced


  1. Prepare the tuna salad in a small mixing bowl by emptying one pouch of StarKist® Selects E.V.O.O. Yellowfin Tuna with Sun-dried tomato into the bowl.

  2. Add mustard and mayo to the tuna and mix well with a fork.

  3. Sprinkle in celery seed, sliced olives and chopped dill pickles and combine well.

  4. If you need your tuna salad to be a little more "wet" add a little more mayo to your bowl and mix well.

  5.   For easy prep I make my tuna salad the night before and have it chilling overnight.  Cold tuna salad is the best!

  6. Stuff each pita pocket generously with prepared tuna salad.

  7. Put a few slices of Roma tomatoes and slices of avocado into the pocket as well.

  8. Enjoy cold!!  Delicious!
