Prepare the tuna salad in a small mixing bowl by emptying one pouch of StarKist® Selects E.V.O.O. Yellowfin Tuna with Sun-dried tomato into the bowl.
Add mustard and mayo to the tuna and mix well with a fork.
Sprinkle in celery seed, sliced olives and chopped dill pickles and combine well.
If you need your tuna salad to be a little more "wet" add a little more mayo to your bowl and mix well.
For easy prep I make my tuna salad the night before and have it chilling overnight. Cold tuna salad is the best!
Stuff each pita pocket generously with prepared tuna salad.
Put a few slices of Roma tomatoes and slices of avocado into the pocket as well.
