A family recipe that everyone loves. A lovely bed of spinach topped with eggs, bacon and oranges drizzled with a homemade french style dressing.
To prepare the dressing you will need a blender. Begin by chopping up the onion.
Place onion, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, Ketchup, and soy sauce into the blender.
Blend well until all combined but do not over blend. Place dressing in a sealed container and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
Prepare salad by washing the spinach carefully and placing in a large bowl.
Fry up your bacon and crumble and then slice up the hard boiled eggs.
Place bacon crumbles, sliced eggs, and drained oranges over the bed of spinach.
When ready to serve shake the homemade dressing carefully in the sealed container and drizzle over the salad.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
