  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Like most smoothies, there isn't much to this recipe.  The hardest part for me was figuring how to use the dragon fruit properly.  The skin is not edible so you will need to cut the dragon fruit in half and scoop out the soft fruit inside each half.  

  2. Place dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, Greek Yogurt and water into a blender and pulse until completely blended to your liking. If the smoothie is too thick you can always add extra water. 

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
