Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro*Tel® Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1 TBSP Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups water
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 roma tomato diced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until turkey has browned. Making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks.

  2. Stir in taco seasoning and drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in Ro*Tel®, tomato paste, spaghetti and 3 cups water.

  4. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 13-16 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and top with cheeses. Cover until melted, about 2 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately and garnish with tomato.
