Creamy Chicken Croissants

  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cup celery diced
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken chopped or shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Canned refrigerated croissants


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Open croissants and press two rolls together on the baking sheet.

  3.  In a medium mixing bowl combine onion, celery, butter, cream cheese, chicken and cream of chicken soup.

  4. Use a hand mixer to create a creamy chicken mixture.

  5. Place a heaping spoonful of the chicken mixture in the middle of each croissant.

  6. Carefully bring the corners of the croissants together to cover the chicken mixture.

  7. Bake croissants for 16-18 minutes.

  8. Enjoy warm. Can be served as an appetizer or even a meal. Enjoy!
