Ham Tetrazzini is rich, creamy, and cheesy with lots of cubed ham and a few mushrooms and peas. This is an easy, filling family meal great for leftovers!
Prepare spaghetti as directed on the package.
While spaghetti is cooking, start preparing the veggies and ham for the dish.
Melt butter in a large skillet and add the onion to cook. This is when you would add your sliced mushrooms as well. They should cook for at least 5 minutes until soft and browned.
Add mushroom soup, milk and pepper to the skillet and mix completely.
Add ham, peas, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese and stir and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted.
Drain pasta and carefully add cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix in pasta and cover completely with sauce. Let cook for an additional 5 minutes while continuously stirring the mixture.
Season to taste with salt and serve HOT with a side of garlic bread. Enjoy!!
