2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 container Vanilla frosting NOT whipped or cream cheese
  • 16 ounces Creamy Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 glass baking pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside. 

  2. In a medium microwave safe bowl empty both the frosting and peanut butter.  

  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir with spatula to completely combine frosting and peanut butter. 

  4. Microwave on high for 1 more minute.  Remove from microwave and stir again.  

  5. Pour mixture into lined baking pan and smooth out.  

  6. Cover dish with foil or lid and place in refrigerator until hardened - about 30 minutes.  

  7. Once hardened, remove cover and slice fudge into bite size pieces for serving.
