I LOST 1 POUND!!!
21 POUNDS LOST IN 7 Weeks!

Week 7 came quickly and honestly I was so thankful for the 1 pound I lost during this week. I pretty much thought I was going to either gain weight or loose nothing so loosing 1 pound is amazing.
Challenges: Oh the challenges this week are in HIGH numbers. One thing that I have learned this week is that my bad eating really does stem from STRESS!! My first challenge of this week was starting week 7 off with a celebration at a fantastic Brazilian eatery in downtown Denver for my brother’s “Made it through Chemo” party. The food was great. And honestly, I went off program. I wasn’t going to pay 32 bucks and eat lettuce only! LOL
After dinner we headed to my next challenge – a duelling piano bar with BUZZ buckets. Yeah laugh it up, you would love them too. Long Island Ice Teas with flavors in a bucket!! Yummy!!! Again, so NOT on program. BUT damn we had fun!!
On to challenge 3 of week 7 – EASTER day! Hello chocolate. LOL During our Easter lunch, I tried to stay on program but I did slip and have some fruit salad. But other than that I was good! YAY for me – okay but don’t be too proud of me yet. Easter candy every where, I mean that! Every where. So I slipped and enjoyed candy. Knew I shouldn’t but made a deal with my self that I would go right back OP on Monday morning! No questions asked.
And now we are to the biggest challenge of all and this challenge is leaking into my week 8 too. Trying to keep it under control. Remember how I brought up stress? Here it is. Jeremy (the hubs) is in the hospital. He was admitted on Thursday morning after going to the ER on Wednesday afternoon. Oy! Poor hubs. 🙁 Thankfully he is getting better pretty quickly so that is great. But guess what happens when hubs is in the hospital? Apparently I am starving! LOL WTH? So I haven’t been staying OP like I promised myself BUT overall I am not doing horrible either. Life is hard sometimes and I am learning how to deal with the stress. Hey I haven’t eaten a whole gallon of ice cream yet so that is good…right!?! LOL
I get support from all over the country. Please go to their blogs and give them support too!! I really couldn’t have done this with out them!
