2 months.

I have stayed on a “diet” for 2 months! How is that even possible? LOL Sure I have had my slip ups and my cheats and horrible days but overall my eating habits have changed in a VERY good way. For this I am happy and proud.

Week 8 was still rough for me. I blame life! Life is stressful, life is hard, life is LIFE. But really I do not want to make excuses because that is what I have always done in life. Excuses for why I stuff my mouth full of nasty food or excuses for why I don’t work out. So no more excuses. Life is life and the only way I am going to attain my weight loss goal is to get past life and move on.
So here I am in the midst of week 9, determined to stay on track and lose as much weight as possible before we leave for vacation on May 19th! That is 9 days away. :O)

Rundown of Week 8:
I lost 1 pound – that equals 21 pounds total in 8 weeks!! WOOT!! 21 pounds GONE FOREVER!!! So happy!!

Challenges:
STRESS!! STRESS!! STRESS!! Jeremy is home now from the hospital so that is great but man that 6 days really threw me off! YIKES!

Another challenge I am dealing with right now is feeling sad that I will not reach my 30 pounds by the time we go to Arizona for vacation BUT that is okay. I am also super nervous about going on vacation and not gaining a ton of weight. Oy! When I return from vacation I will have 4 weeks until Jude’s birthday and that will be my next HUGE milestone! Really would like to be down 35 pounds by his birthday! We will see.

THANK YOUs! Thank you to all of my supporters. I know I have been bitching a lot about life and stress recently but with out your support I wouldn’t be at this 21 pound lost!!

Please give some love to my Medifast Buddies!!
