Update!

First of all have you entered this GREAT giveaway yet? You need too! Do it right now! Rockabye Baby is one of our very favorite Baby/Toddler items and we are so happy that they have generously offered another CD to one of our lovely readers.

Alright, now on to the reasons why I haven’t been around lately.

Stress – stress is what I have been feeling for a while. Sometimes I feel like Jeremy, Jude and I will be on the run forever. Never seems like we have a week of normal boring life. I guess in some ways we should be happy about this but really, all I want is some peace and quiet and FUN in life!

My brother ended chemotherapy and got the clean bill of health to move right into Radiation (just for extra protection) we were so happy. Check out our celebration here.

Well then we moved right back in to crisis mode and craziness –

On Monday (April 25th) Jeremy knew that his Ulcerative Colitis was acting up and this flair was coming on hard and FAST. Unfortunately he couldn’t manage it at home, he was admitted to the hospital on Thursday afternoon in order to get steroids and shock his body back into remission. He was in the hospital for 6 days! Which means Jude and Mommy were on their own. I love Jude so much but damn he is nonstop on the move constantly! So needless to say, I was so happy when Tuesday (May 3rd) Jeremy got to come home with us! YAY! And the best part is that Jeremy is feeling a TON better. Thank God, we were very nervous on Sunday, the doctors were pretty much thinking he was going to have to have surgery to remove his colon but he pulled through.

Ulcerative Colitis is an awful disease and I pray that someday there will be a cure for this so Jeremy can live a normal life. It is so hard to see someone you love so much going through such frustration and pain. Breaks my heart.

So that is the update. Thank you all for who were thinking and praying for Jeremy during this hard time. I know it helped!!

Happy Thursday!!

Oh and guess what – I am working on a 1st birthday theme post!! I know you can’t wait!!
