With Spring in the air I am ready to try some new fresh recipes, especially for breakfast. I am excited to share these delicious Almond Joy™ inspired breakfast muffins that have a secret ingredient! International Delight® Almond Joy TM Creamer! Yes, coffee creamer!! Ready to learn how I am not only enjoying International Delight® Almond Joy TM Creamer in my morning coffee (okay afternoon sometimes too) and in my muffins?
It is hard to believe that I have almost reached my one year of working from home full-time, time really does go fast when you are having fun. Over the months of working from home I have established a pretty nice schedule but one thing I was missing was my daily coffee from the break room at work. Now, let me be clear, that coffee was nothing to write home about, it was FREE but what I loved about my coffee at work was trying new flavors of International Delight® coffee creamer that my coworkers and I would buy and share with each other.
A few months into my working at home I decided that I can still have that fun by buying a variety of coffee creamers to enjoy in the morning. I always reach for International Delight® when I am shopping for creamer. It is hard to say if I have a favorite flavor but I can say that I LOVE that International Delight® offers so many delicious options. YUM!
Visit your local Walmart In-Store Display that includes a TearPad with a recipe and a $0.50 coupon valid in April! Great way to save some money on your favorite International Delight® Coffee Creamers.
One flavor that I really love picking up for my morning coffee is International Delight® Almond Joy TM Creamer. Almond Joy is one of my favorite candy bars so why not enjoy it in my coffee? SWEET! Now that I am at home for my breakfast time rather than eating at my desk I really have enjoyed making fresh pastries and muffins for our breakfast. I decided to get a bit creative and make an Almond Joy™ inspired breakfast muffin using the International Delight® Almond Joy TM Creamer. This recipe was a bit of an experiment but I am so happy I tried it, these muffins turned out amazing!
