Finding healthier recipes to enjoy is one of my goals for this year. I want to enjoy eating but know that the food I am enjoying is actually good for me. Finding that balance is really hard for me. Recently, I really started enjoying a good tuna salad but wanted to kick it up a bit so I got a little creative with some low calorie mix-ins and made a delicious and super satisfying Buffalo Ranch Tuna Salad.

I am not a huge fan of anything spicy but this little bit of wing sauce and ranch really makes this tuna salad a great meal for me. On days that I am trying to limit my carbs I grab the veggies and pass on the bread but honestly this tuna salad is perfect as a salad too. I love that I can make a big batch of this Buffalo Ranch Tuna Salad and have it on hand when I need something to snack on or enjoy for lunch.
