Puff Pastry Pizza Topped With Peppers & Salami
Ingredients:
A roll of frozen puff pastry, defrosted/thawed
¼ cup + 2 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/3 of an orange pepper
3-4 salami slices
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Roll out puff pastry onto lined baking sheet.
4. Using the back of a spoon, spread tomato paste all over the puff pastry, leaving ½ an inch around the edge (for the crust).
5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the area spread with tomato paste.
6. Cut the orange pepper in small slices, without the seeds. Place on top of the cheese.
7. Using kitchen scissors, cut salami into small slices and place on top of pizza.
8. Spread feta cheese crumble on top and bake for 15-18 minutes.
9. Garnish with parsley, serve and enjoy!
