7. Rewarding yourself
Don’t take the small things for granted. If you worked hard to complete a goal, finish a hard task, or just getting through your entire to-do list, reward yourself. Your reward doesn’t have to be extravagant, just buy yourself your favorite coffee or a new shirt. Take yourself to the movies or dinner.
