I have been working the Weight Watchers plan for nearly a year now.  As of today I have lost 70 pounds – I am thrilled with that but know I have about 30 more to loose to hit my ultimate goal!  My biggest struggle is snacking, being that I work from home all by myself, it is really easy to snack all day and feel no embarrassment or accountability!  Because of that, I HAVE to have Weight Watchers friendly snacks on hand at all times.

Sure, I could always pick up an apple but more than likely when I am in the snacking mood I am going to need something a little more appealing!  Here is a list of snacks that I like to have on hand when I am struggling with snacking and staying on track.

Easy Go-To Weight Watchers Snacks

  • Sugar-Free/Unsweetened Strawberry Applesauce
  • Dill Pickles
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Cheese Stick
  • Popcorn
  • Quest Bar
  • Hummus
  • Turkey Bacon
  • Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
  • Vitalicious VitaTops Deep Chocolate Muffin Top
  • Post Honey Bunches of Oats
  • Salsa with Veggies
  • Celery and Peanut Butter
  • Tuna Salad Dip
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Oatmeal
  • Sugar Free Jell-O
  • Veggie Straws

Find Your Smart Points

You will notice that I did not include any Weight Watchers points on my list.  2020 brought some big changes with the program – there are now 3 different programs you can choose from – blue, purple or green.  Meaning some of these snack ideas will have different points per program.

When using this list for Weight Watchers Snacks please use the WW tools to calculate your points and keep in mind – moderation is key!  Peanut butter is a favorite of mine but I know that I cannot eat peanut butter the way I used too and still stay on track and lose weight.  I use a lot of these snack ideas for those days that I cannot stop the cravings.  Depending on if I need salty or sweet I can usually crush that craving with something on this list.
