Spaghetti Pie is a favorite in my family. A traditional spaghetti night with a twist. Spaghetti in a pie dish, baked to perfection! I am excited to share this recipe with you all and add it to my new Family Cookbook Recipe Journal.
Family Recipe: Spaghetti Pie
Ingredients:
6 oz spaghetti
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 pound Italian Sausage
1 cup Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 TBSP butter
1 cup sour cream
Directions:

5. Pour butter/sour cream mixture over spaghetti noodle mixture in pie plate.

8. Pour sausage mixture on top of sour cream mixture.
9. Sprinkle 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese on top of meat.

10. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve HOT! Enjoy!!

It looks delicious right? Well it is, and while it takes a little more time than your traditional spaghetti night it is so worth it. Also, depending on your family size, there might even be leftovers and I have to admit, this spaghetti pie is almost better as a leftover. SO GOOD!!

Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is a favorite in my family. A traditional spaghetti night with a twist. Spaghetti in a pie dish, baked to perfection!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces spaghetti
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 cup Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Cook Spaghetti as directed on package.

Mix cooked Spaghetti with Parmesan Cheese and eggs and pour into pie plate.

Melt butter in small pan, add sour cream to butter and mix well.

Pour butter/sour cream mixture over spaghetti noodle mixture in pie plate.

Brown sausage in a skillet.

Add 1 cup traditional spaghetti sauce to sausage. Let simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour sausage mixture on top of sour cream mixture.

Sprinkle 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese on top of meat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve HOT! Enjoy!!
