Self-Care Products – My Fall Favorites
Fall is my very favorite season of the year. The cooler weather, the beautiful changing leaves and fall traditions like pumpkin spice lattes, festivals and cozy fashion trends. This fall is looking different but that doesn’t mean you should forget to incorporate your favorites into your fall activities. This includes your self-care routine. Self-care is so much more than getting to go to the grocery store alone; true self-care is when you get to reset, refresh and feel healthier inside and out.
Today I am sharing some of my very favorite self-care products – fall style! All of these items help me feel refreshed and ready for a great new season, even during this challenging time. A Hair Color Refresh With e-Salon
I don’t know about you but my hair really got the short straw when it came to upkeep during the last six months. I do not color my hair often but when I do, I want a color that complements my skin tone and natural accents in my hair. This is my before and after and while there isn’t a HUGE difference in the color, the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. My color was a Pearl Copper. I LOVE the pearl look. So shiny! And the copper is great for fall. My personal colorist formulated a shade exactly to depth of color and hair tone that I wanted. There is no premixed stuff with e-Salon, it made-to-order and never mass produced, and creates less waste – making it sustainable and better for the environment. Love that! If you have been following me, you know that I love to read. It is part of my self-care, finding a great book, some quiet space and a cozy blanket sounds like heaven to me! Instant refresh and relax! Well, I think I am fall ready!! Ready for a new season full of refresh, reset and self-care. All of these items are perfect for anyone looking to beef up on their self-care routine.
