Breakfast For Dinner Charcuterie Board

When my friend decided to host a New Years Eve Party with a theme of Charcuterie Boards I just knew I had to think outside the traditional board so I started thinking about things I love to eat.  HELLO BREAKFAST!  I could eat breakfast foods for every meal, they are my absolute favorite.

As I started thinking about how I would pull this charcuterie board off I knew I didn’t want to be running around the kitchen like crazy so I decided to take a trip down the frozen foods aisle to pick up some treats that would be yummy for all ages.

Items To Add To A Breakfast Charcuterie Board

Time to build your board!  Make sure you find some great textures and flavors!  Think fresh, sweet, savory and salty!  Get creative and and have fun! I went with a lot of “mini” options just so I could fit more options on my large plater plate.

Fruits

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Bananas (couldn’t find any in store that were ready to eat)

Sweets

  • Mini donuts
  • Mini Pancakes (found these near the frozen waffles)
  • Mini French Toasts (used frozen waffles)

Proteins

  • Hard boiled eggs (could not think of a good way to make and transport scrambled eggs)
  • Bacon
  • Sausage links
  • Could add salmon as well

Breads

  • Mini bagels
  • Crackers

On The Side

  • Different flavors of cream cheeses
  • Different flavors of syrup
  • Mini boxes of cereals
  • Milk

Breakfast For Dinner Made Fun

This Charcuterie Board was so fun and yummy!  Make sure you have a microwave handy to heat up the meats if needed.  My kids loved this so much that I did this in a smaller version for dinner one night.  The best part about Charcuterie Boards is that you can get super creative and switch them up so easily.

What is your favorite Charcuterie Board design?
