The meals are meant to be batch cooked in under an hour and you have meals in the fridge for the rest of the week. This app offers a free seven-day trial and after that, there is a monthly fee.

Mealime is a meal planning app with healthy recipes categorized for you like keto, vegan, and gluten-free. Set up a profile, tell the app you and your families food preferences and allergies and they will provide you with a week’s worth of healthy meals that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less with a grocery list. The grocery list can even be imported into Amazon Fresh or Instacart. The app is free, but with limited recipes, if you want access to many more recipes you will need to pay for the monthly subscription.
Paprika Recipe Manager 3
Paprika is one of the most interactive meal planning apps that you can choose from. You can download your own recipes or add your own from around the web. Once you have chosen your recipes for the week or month your grocery list will be generated. You can sync your grocery lists, menus, and meal plans across all of the apps. Need to adjust the recipe for more or fewer servings? Not a problem because this app will adjust the ingredients needed for you. The Paprika app is free, however, if you want to download more than 50 recipes to the site you will need to pay for the premium version.
