As most of you know I started a new food program called Medifast. Medifast is a planned and delivered meal system that is quick and easy! Quick and Easy is what I need!! Thank you!!
My goals on this plan is to first stick to it for at least 2 months. My next BIG goal is to lose 60 pounds. I really need to lose 80 but lets focus on the first 60 right now! LOL
I started Medifast on Friday so this is my 4th day on the food plan and so far so good. I was scared to start because I had heard that most people get headaches and an upset tummy. Thankfully I have not experienced that! YAY! But I have experienced something great! Weight loss!!
Every Monday I will post my update and how my past week went. So here is my first update.
Weight Loss this week (Friday-Monday) : -5 pounds
Total Weight Loss on Medifast: -5 pounds
Weight left to loose: 55 pounds
I am so proud of myself so far. I have only “cheated” once and that was eating a cheese cube at a child’s birthday party! I didnt even look at the cake! I am motivated!! YAY!! Keep it up!!
Next week on Monday I will have more to talk about but so far these 4 days have been great.
