Well I survived a whole week on Weight Watchers and it went fantastic! I was a little nervous about my first week but it was easy.  Using the tracking system on my phone and computer made it super easy to see what I was putting in my mouth!
I jumped on that scale last night, I was actually excited to see the numbers weird lol, and boom 3.2 pounds gone! Thank you very much!
3.2 pounds!
Now let me tell you about my week – my ups and downs.
 First for the downs:
~Didn’t work out – not at all! Not good. Need to get better at that. After all this is a hop for Working Out! lol oops!
~Had a birthday party to go to on Saturday afternoon. That was hard but I know (the scale doesn’t lie) that I did 95% better than I usually do at birthday parties. I stuck to the veggies and cheese instead of the bread, sweets and dips!! Thank you WW! Even though I may have had more to eat than my points that day I am pleased with my progress thus far on the program.
~Not getting as much water as I should – my throat is really dry and I have a horrible dry cough that only seems to feel better with fizzy drinks, that means Diet Coke! ;o) Something to work on.
 And now the UPS!!:
 ~LOSING 3.2 pounds!!!
~Staying under my daily points 6 out of the 7 days of the week.
~Feeling confident on this new program
So that is my update on Weight Watchers. I am very excited for this week!
Have any of you used Weight Watchers? Any tips, suggestions, favorite recipes, ect?

Great job! The first few weeks are always the toughest. I remember feeling like I was always hungry as I changed how I ate. Then I was surprised at how full I could feel on my points.

I have a yummy turkey chimichanga recipe that someone gave me a few years ago, but I'm not sure of the points value on the current WW system. It's really good, so just let me know if you want me to e-mail it to you!
