Workin’ It Wednesday: I lost what?

I am proud to say that I reached a goal this week.  Not in pounds but just in my own personal goal setting.  I set a goal that I would track EVERYTHING that I put in my mouth for the whole week and I did!  YAY!  And do you know what that tracking resulted in?

LOSING 3.6 pounds!!!  

That puts me at a total of 8 pounds lost in 8 weeks!  So proud of myself for losing weight during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!

That is an achievement too!!

The following week will be difficult and I know that going into it. We are traveling to Little Rock to visit my best friend!  YAY!  Vacation is hard but I am going to still try to track everything!

    Way to go! I've been tracking this time obsessively (last time I did it for weght loss I was so so at it) and I am seeing much better results!

    Way to go! We traveled to Branson when we were on WW. We took our Eating Out Guide with us since we were eating at restaurants 🙂
