I was so excited to receive my “Fit Moms for Life” book by Dustin Maher. As most of you know I am
on Weight Watchers right now so I am in the game to get healthy and fit for my
family – especially Jude.

This book was a perfect read for me. I am motivated by others. I love reading about other people’s success
stories and tips and this book is full of those. Oh and don’t forget the before and after
pictures too! Again, a HUGE motivator

Dustin has a goal for all of us mothers – he wants us all to
