Time for another Recipe Share!  This time this recipe is from my Aunt Beckie.  She makes this salad for most of our family get-togethers because of the amount it makes and the simplicity.  I recently made this for a BBQ and came home with a ton of requests for the recipe.  Here you go!

Masticholi Pasta Salad
(Free printable recipe here)

Ingredients:

~1 1/4 cup white vinegar
~1 1/2 cup sugar
~2 TBSP yellow mustard
~1 tsp garlic powder
~1 tsp salt
~1 tsp pepper
~1 tsp Accent
~1 TBSP parsley
~1 medium onion (white)
~1 medium cucumber
~1 box Masticholi noodles

Directions:

 1.  Cook noodles as directed.

2.  Put all the other ingredients (expect pasta) into a blender and puree.  You do not need to peel the cucumber.

3.  Pour puree over cooked and drained pasta noodles.

4.  Make ahead 1-2 days for best taste.  Keep refrigerated.  Stir twice a day to mix.

5.  Serve cool! Enjoy!

I love this salad too and it is my go-to when taking something to a get together 🙂 I sometimes add cherry tomatoes.
