This is a family favorite!  I use the recipe at least once a week for dinner and it makes enough for left overs for lunches!  Yum!!  Kid friendly, budget friendly and EASY!!!  What more could you want?
Fall Apple Salad Recipe
Free printable recipe here!
Ingredients:
6-8 apples (any type of apple – I used Fiji Apples)
2 cups of Mayo
2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup almonds or pecans (sliced)
1 cup of raisins or craisins
*for healthier options –
~use non fat yogurt instead of the mayo
~add grapes instead of marshmallows

Instructions:

1.  Slice the apples into bite size
pieces.
2.  Add the 2 cup of Mayo to the apples
in a large bowl.  Mix the Mayo into the
apple slices.
3.  Add the marshmallows, nuts, and
raisins to the large bowl and mix with the Mayo and apples.
4.  Serve immediately
OR keep refrigerated for later.   Enjoy!!

This looks delicious! I think my mother in law made something like that once and I really liked it. I'll have to give this recipe a try!
