This is a family favorite! I use the recipe at least once a week for dinner and it makes enough for left overs for lunches! Yum!! Kid friendly, budget friendly and EASY!!! What more could you want?
Fall Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
6-8 apples (any type of apple – I used Fiji Apples)
2 cups of Mayo
2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup almonds or pecans (sliced)
1 cup of raisins or craisins
*for healthier options –
~use non fat yogurt instead of the mayo
~add grapes instead of marshmallows

Instructions:
1. Slice the apples into bite size

I have never heard of apple salad..Need t remember for fall dinners a church
This looks delicious! I think my mother in law made something like that once and I really liked it. I'll have to give this recipe a try!
