Over Labor Day weekend we headed to Civic Center Park in Downtown Denver for The Taste of Colorado. Jeremy and I had never gone to this event…sad because we are both Colorado natives!
Even thought Saturday felt like the HOTTEST day of the summer we had a fantastic time. It was a fun day for the family but also great to see the big state of Colorado come together for fun, food and shopping!
There was motorcycle riding to be done!
Flying saucers to be flown! That’s serious business!
Shade to find with the cutest baby girl!
Corn to be chomped on! This kid loves corn!
Wonder where he gets it from?
Fried Alligator to be tasted! YUCK! No thanks. Jeremy said it was “chewy” lol!
Mister Jude is brave. Now he can say he tried Alligator!!
Cars needed to be drove too! Watch out!!
Prizes to be won!
And the day ended with playing in the park with a new Hammer.
We all left HEAT tired but with smiles on our faces.
We hope to visit the Taste of Colorado again in the coming years.

Looks like you all had a great time! I'd love to try alligator some day.
Such lovely photographs! Looks like you had a good family time there 🙂
Ew on the Alligator – I agree with you there! Looks like a fun family day!
I love the look of concentration on the little ones face, so precious
looks like you guys had a large time! Alligator I imagine tastes fine, but probably needs to be prepared a certain way!
