It was no surprise to those that received an invite for Teagan’s 1st Birthday when they saw it was a Cupcake theme.  She is our little Cupcake so it was just appropriate to have a Cupcake themed party for her!!
The invitation was a custom made Cupcake invite with colors I chose.  I wanted some pink but not TOO pink.  Jenn with Inkberry Cards once again knocked it out of the park.  I was in love with the invitation the moment I saw it.
Once we knew what the colors were going to be we started planing for the rest of the decor and party!
We are used to having parties in our backyard for Jude but being that her birthday is in October in Colorado we didn’t want to take a chance of having a blizzard so we rented a large room at a local Rec Center.  It worked well.
Teagan is dressed like a Diva for her party!
I found her onesie at an Etsy Shop named The Sassy Squirrel.  It was perfect.  She too took my colors and did an amazing piece for us!  So perfect!
Pretty dang cute!!

The smash cake!  AHHH!!  Giant Cupcake for Teagan.  My long time friend and favorite cake creator made this special for Teagan.  It turned out perfect for her smash cake.  Adorable!!

Sweet Stellas rocked our Birthday Banner once again!  Perfect colors and great for reusing every year!!  The embellishments were great as usual!!  Added some great color to the white walls in this rec room.
Below you will see my only creative piece in this party!  I attempted to create our own Flower Cupcake Centerpieces.  Not bad for my first go!  It really added some fun colors through out the room.
For our Treat bags we went with some yummy Cupcake Cookies made by Decorated Desserts.  She did a great job as well.  She took the invitation and made the cupcake cookies to match the colors of the invites.  These are amazing cookies.  I got so many compliments on them.  Perfect Treat Bag treat for all ages!  Yum!
To add some flair to the Treat Bags I had The Baby Noogle create some matching Treat Bag Toppers that went perfectly with the cookies and the color theme of the party!  Makes for one fun Treat Bag!!
Because we were doing a Cupcake Theme I just knew we had to have a Cupcake Decorating station for the older kids.  It was a hit!  So much fun for the kids and the parents!!
Cupcake Station with cupcakes, fun frosting, sprinkles and icing. Even TO GO containers – each kid made at least 2!  So fun.

Jude and his buddy Hayden (and mom) having fun decorating and eating cupcakes.

The cupcake decorating tables.  So much creativity and tasting happening here!

And now some presents for our Cupcake!  She LOVES this little car.  Can you believe that we found this?  It comes with cupcakes to bake as you are driving…I want one!

A cupcake bank full of money from her God-Parents – what a blessing.

Oh hey!!  I’m cute but will only wear this adorable hat from Forgiven Hooks for 2 seconds!!

Smash Cake TIME!!!!
Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you!!

She was NOT into it.  She ate all the sprinkles off of the cake and that was it!  I think she was beyond tired and full from eating pizza!  Oh well.  Still adorable!

More Sprinkles please!!!!
So that was our Cupcake Party for Teagan.  It was a success.  Everyone had fun and that was great.  So special to be with so many family members and friends on this special day.
Happy Birthday Teagan!!!

Super cute! I'm making my son's smash cake as a giant cupcake. I thought it would be so much cuter!
