2014 is here and while I am not one to set resolutions I do set goals. One of my top goals for the New Year is to live a more balanced lifestyle. This includes making better choices about what I eat and drink. I look forward to this change and want to make sure I stick with it. In order to do that I need the right food and the right attitude, especially at work. I sit at a desk all day long, I get hungry (or bored) and I always reach for the wrong snacks. I typically want sweet treats or high calorie carbs. Not this year!
With the help of Lean Cuisine, Skinny Cow, and Coffee-mate I found my work breakfast, lunch and snacks! #WowThatsGood! I simply packed my goodies on Monday morning and I was ready for a Balanced week at work.
