Since Jude’s big move to his big boy bed and new room we have noticed that he wakes up a lot more through out the night with either nightmares or being scared.  I decided to create something to hopefully help him feel safer in the middle of the night when he wakes up all alone in his bed.
Introducing our Monster Be Gone Spray!
Monster Be Gone Spray for Spooky #Toddlers #DIY No More Monster Spray
Adorable right?  Let me tell ya, it works and the formula is super easy to create and I even made a fun Monster printable that you can use too.  Ready to learn how to keep those Monsters out of your toddlers room?

What you will need:

2 cups of water
10 drops of lavender oil
large spray bottle
Monster Spray Label

Directions:
1.  Add the 2 cups of water to the spray bottle.
2.  Drop the 10 drops of lavender oil into the spray bottle and mix well.
3.  Tape the Monster Be Gone Spray to the bottle.
4.  Tell your spooked toddler that this spray is only to keep the monsters away.  Spray once before bed and if your toddler wakes up in the middle of the night with Monster worries simply tell them that one spray into the air will keep those silly monsters away!

Jude has loved this spray.  I think it is really working well for us.  He seems to enjoy getting rid of his own monsters.  The Lavender Oil aroma helps soothe people and my hope is for this spray to help Jude get back to sleep with the help of the aroma in his room from his Monster Be Gone Spray.
One of my good friends, Kari,  recently introduced me to the do Terra line of essential oils and when I saw that the Lavender Oil was available through her I immediately ordered some.  I knew that we would use the Lavender Oil for many DIY formulas and relaxation.
do Terra has the strictest requirements on the market to make sure that their oils are completely pure of any impurities. All testing is done by a 3rd party company. They buy the plants from where they grow indigenously for the highest quality of oils.  And my favorite part is that they are reasonably priced!!!
You can contact Kari for more information on any of the do Terra Oils and she can help you decide the best ones for you and your family.  Like I said, great quality and fantastic prices!

Cute idea…my kids are grown but I know my neighbors little girls have night time issues; they will soon each have a bottle of monster spray!
