Disclosure: I was provided with a GirlzNDollz free of charge in return for my honest review. No other compensation was given. All opinions are my own.
I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be a mom of a girl, I always saw myself as a mom of just boys. I am not sure why. Maybe because I was never into the glitter, dresses, princesses and dolls as a child. But guess what? I am a GirlMom and I love it. Teagan is the perfect mix of girly for my liking. She can play in the dirt and make mud pies with shinny silver sandals and pink nails. My kind of girl! She is almost two years old (I know, I cannot believe it!) and she is really getting into the doll role playing now. It is pretty cute to watch her care for the dolls and create scenes in her head.
When I started seeing how much she was enjoying making these dolls play I decided it was time to get a doll for her. I was torn about what doll to choose though. There are so many dolls on the market right now but then I came across GirlzNDollz and I knew Teagan just had to have a new friend from this company.
Introducing our Cute Cameron a Lil’ Totz from GirlzNDollz. Isn’t she the cutest??
Let me tell you a little about GirlzNDollz and why I support their mission. GirlznDollz celebrates everything there is to being a girl! Empowerment starts at an early age, and GirlznDollz wants to teach and grow with your child to let them know that the possibilities are limitless to who they can become! Let’s be honest, being a girl is hard. The pressure is on girls so early in age. Heartbreaking to watch sometimes.
GirlzNDollz has two lines of dolls. Lil’ Totz and Just 2 Girlz. The Lil’ Totz Dolls are perfect for Teagan’s age. They are smaller and perfect for Toddlers ages 1-3. The Just 2 Girlz dolls are great for ages 3 and up. They are a bit bigger and the girls look more grown up.
I absolutely love the looks of all these dolls. They are all unique in their own ways, exactly how real girls are. GirlznDollz came into existence as a result of the founder’s passion for dollz as a child, and her love of fashion! Her inspiration for the dollz was also fueled by her daughter, who also shares her passion for dollz and playing dress up! Together, they helped create all the outfits and accessories we find on each doll.
I love our GirlzNDollz Cameron. She is a total fashionista but perfect for cuddling too. I feel like Teagan loves her so much because she isn’t just a stuffed animal, she is also a doll. Teagan has been carrying her around with her and it is the cutest thing. The Lil’ Totz really is perfect for Teagan’s age because she can easily carry her around. I cannot wait to get some more GirlzNDollz for Teagan’s 2nd birthday and I now know a great gift idea for Girlz ages 1 and up!
I have to share this picture. Full of cheese face! She had Cameron sitting next to her on her very favorite Elmo chair. So cute! Little buddies. The night I gave her Cameron she sat down and pointed her hair and said “Teagie” (her nickname for herself) and then pointed to her blue eyes!! She isn’t even two yet and she is able to relate to her new Cameron GirlzNDollz! So cool!
Lastly, I want to leave you with the slogan that I recently printed off from the GirlzNDollz website and put on my work desk.
Friends, lets remember to say these 3 statements to our girls (and our boys!) every day. Let’s praise them for who they are and what they accomplish.
Jessie Moghaddas, the founder of GirlzNDollz wants to spread the GirlzNDollz love. She is offering one of my lovely readers a Lil’ Totz Doll of their choice. How fun!!
