Disclosure:  I was provided a Wild Oats Marketplace Prize pack of products in exchange for my review.  No other compensation was given.  All opinions are my own.

I really enjoy bringing local products to my blog.  I am a Colorado native and a proud one at that.  Hearing about a product, store, or agency that is from my home state makes me happy and I always love to support the local companies as well.  Who doesn’t love the idea of eating organic?  I know I love the idea but hate the fact that we cannot financially do it.  Enter Wild Oats Marketplace – the pioneers of natural and organic products.

Wild Oats Marketplaces were the trailblazers in the organic food industry back in 1987 when Wild Oats introduced their brand to the world – before it was mainstream to talk about the health and wellness benefits of everyday foods.

The concept of better eating grew rapidly, and in their true pioneering spirit, Wild Oats committed to an even grander mission: To bring good food to all. Over the years, they worked with industry experts to produce simple, tasty foods and to make them available to EVERYONE, in one store, in one shopping trip.  What an amazing concept!

Currently, we can enjoy Wild Oats products by heading to either Walmart or Fresh and Easy Neighborhood Market.  Now you CAN afford to eat right!  The products are high quality and yummy!  I was lucky enough to get a prize pack of great Wild Oats Products for our tasting and review.  All of us have been impressed with the food and now I that I know about the products I have found them at my local Walmart and guess what?  We CAN afford them!

One of the products that we got to try was the Wild Oats Marketplace Organic Raspberry Fruit Spread.  We do not make sandwiches often so I decided to jump into the kitchen and make something for my coworkers to celebrate the new school year.  Check out this super easy and delicious treat that is full of fiber, whole grains and organic raspberry fruit spread.
