Some mornings we love to have a play session in the living room after breakfast.  These means finding a toy that keeps both kids engaged can be the hardest part of that idea.  When I first saw the Chuggington StackTrack I knew this would be one of those morning play session toys that would keep the whole family having fun.
Even the box looks fun!!  I wish I had the reactions of Jude and Teagan when I showed them the box.  They were so excited to bust this open that getting them to eat breakfast was a bit difficult BUT they ate and then we played…for 2 hours!!
Honestly, when Jeremy saw the box he was worried that the assembly would take a long time and a lot of work but thankfully the instructions were super easy to follow and the pieces fit nicely.  We tried all 4 layouts that the track can do and all of them were a hit.

Chuggington StackTrack Brewster’s Big Build Adventure Playset Description:
All new to train play, this Chuggington set features a working escalator that takes your engines back to the top so you can send them speeding back down again and again. Or take Brewster for a ride on the elevator so he can get to the top to operate the giant crane and repair the broken track. There are so many ways to play. Brewster’s Big Build Adventure Set is based on the Chuggington tentpole episode airing this fall, so it’s sure to keep the excitement going as kids play out their favorite scenes from the show. This set comes with an elevator, an escalator, a working mega crane, a trick bridge, a tunnel, and two Die-Cast engines. It even features 4 levels of elevation and multiple layouts for extended play. Take train play to new heights with the Chuggington StackTrack system! SRP $49.99. Ages 3 years+. Available now at Toys R Us and Target.
This playset is recommended for ages 3 and up.  Jude is 4 and it is totally his kind of toy.  He has always loved trains and Chuggington has been a show we have watched as a family over the years.  His favorite part of the train set is the magnet and the tunnel that he has told us is a tunnel of hot lava!!  Well…okay Jude.  His imagination went crazy and he even got ambitious and tried to do a new layout on his own.  I like that this toy brings out his imagination and his building skills.
Teagan is only 2 but still had fun scooting the trains around the tracks.  Mostly she liked carrying around Brewster.  Teagan had a good time playing to and thought it was really need to make the trains “climb” the blue mountain.
The only thing I worry about is storage for this playset, I do not want to loose any of the pieces of the track because then we will not be able to create the tracks anymore.  So, when you purchase this, I would also purchase a nice box to keep the track and trains in.
To accompany this new playset you can also say hello to the Chuggington friends in this new Ready to Build DVD.  Like I said, we have watched Chuggington a lot over the years so when I told Jude that we had a Chuggington movie to watch he was super excited.  We had a great time watching the movie after our play session with the track and once we finished the DVD Jude was ready to act out the movie.  So cute.
Chuggineers Ready to Build DVD Description:

In this special collection of hard-working adventures – including the “We are the Chuggineers” music video! – Brewster joins Chuggineers Zack, Fletch and Tyne to build tracks, bridges and tunnels, make repairs, haul heavy loads and more! Featuring new wagons and machines, including the massive yellow Mega Chug Crane, and new friends Payce, the tunnel runner from Tootington, and Cormac, the cheeky forklift engine, “Chuggineers Ready To Build” will help Wilson, Brewster, Koko and little trainees at home discover important lessons about safety, responsibility and teamwork. SRP $14.98. Available now on Amazon.com
Check out this great video showing exactly everything the Playset can do.

If you have a child to buy for this holiday season who adores trains, Chuggington and building this is the perfect playset and DVD!

I love it when playsets like this are easy to assemble. Nothing makes me crazier when I have to spend hours trying to figure out how to put it together before the kids can have at it!
