It is so hard to believe that in less than 2 weeks we will be celebrating Christmas.  Seriously, where did the year go?  I am slacking on holiday shopping and prepping BUT thankfully I already know exactly what I will be serving for our annual Christmas Eve appetizers before we head to church and Christmas Eve dinner.  I have fallen in love with the Restaurant-Inspired Tai Pei Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls and once I prepared them for the first time I knew that I would be preparing these for our Christmas Eve Appetizers!

Walmart makes it easy to prepare for a light meal or appetizer spread with all of these great varieties and flavors of the Tai Pei Egg Rolls and Tai Pei Spring Rolls. Because these are such easy and authentic (yummy) appetizers or snacks I always have a couple of our favorite varieties in our deep freezer but I decided to go outside of our norm and bought some other flavors to have on hand for Christmas Eve.

The holidays are busy, like crazy busy, look I would love to say I am THAT person that can prepare homemade meals and treats for every event and evening.  But I am not.  So when I find a product that makes my holiday season a little less crazy I am going to use it.  So for our Christmas Eve Appetizer table I will be serving these.  I am lucky and get to work most of Christmas Eve which means I will be running around like a mad woman that day.  You see we have a family tradition of going to Candlelight church and then out to dinner with my parents.  Well, that is a late night which we need to have a little snack before church.  Sure, sounds easy, and this year it will be thanks to these Tai Pei Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls.  They all have delicious crispy wrappers, fresh cut veggies and hearty meat – either chicken, pork or shrimp!

I enjoy entertaining and hosting but since I work outside of the home there are certain things that I have to find short cuts and this is one of them.  I really enjoy cooking and baking but have also found certain things that can help me not spend hours in the kitchen.  So how do I do this?
First, I do not want to compromise flavor or quality in my food that I serve to my family – lucky for us Tai Pei has mastered the flavors on these items.  When I bake these I can honestly say they taste just like our favorite Asian restaurant down the street!
Next, prepare a head of time.  Anything that can be mixed up or prepared the evening before I make sure to attack!  This means cutting up veggies and fruit, making trail mix, preparing casseroles that need to baked later, ect.
Also consider asking for help!  Who loves a pot luck?  EVERYONE!
Lastly, less is more.  Think about how many mouths you have to feed.  Most of the time we totally over cook.  Think about how much people will actually consume.

These Restaurant-Inspired Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls can make your entertaining experience so easy, they even come paired with a great dipping sauce that can be easily added to your spread and your appetizer is complete!

I am an avid Ibotta user, are you?  Okay, I am a little bias about this company because some long time friends of mine work for Ibotta!  HEY!!  Anyway, you need to learn about Ibotta and you will thank me later and then check out the Tai Pei Ibotta offer when you head to Walmart to buy these delicious authentic Egg and Spring Rolls!  Offer ends on 12/31/2014!

These Egg Rolls and Spring Rolls can easily fill up my small stomach so I don't prefer them to be appetizer. But they'd definitely make good snack.
