Colorado winters are rough in so many factors but when a person moves from a lush and humid state to our Dry Colorado their skin begins to tighten up and get super dry and sometimes even painful.  My best friend and her husband moved from Arkansas to Colorado about 6 months ago and goodness she is struggling with the dry skin factor.  Not fun for anyone but now that the cold winter weather is hopefully leaving we are all preparing for spring but lets be real, our skin needs some major TLC and hydrating power so we can enjoy the spring fashions and not have our skin looking like a dry and cracked dessert scene!

Lauren’s birthday is coming up so I want to spoil her and her dry skin by creating a fun Hydrating Spa Basket for her to enjoy.  I know that Lauren enjoys baths and relaxing so I know she will really appreciate this basket and maybe with the help of my new favorite body wash, Softsoap Fresh & Glow Hydrating Shower Cream Body Wash she will finally have refreshed skin too!

Softsoap, Fresh and Glow, Real Extracts, New, Innovative, Hydrating, Exfoliating
Cute right?  While it seems simple believe me, this little basket of goodies would make my day.  I made sure to include the NEW Softsoap Fresh & Glow body washes because I have fallen in love them!  Guess what, they work!  They actually hydrate and exfoliate my dry rough winter skin.  Both of these body washes contain 100% real extracts which means your skin will benefit from those extracts.  When I thought about what to put into the Hydrating Spa Basket I knew that i had to include items that would not only help refresh skin but also dress it up!

Softsoap, Fresh and Glow, Real Extracts, New, Innovative, Hydrating, Exfoliating
I found a great exfoliating tool that is a must have for any woman’s bath tub, some sweet smelling body cream lotion and spring ready nail polish.  While I was picking out this stuff I was thinking about making my own Spa Basket too because it sounded divine!  I have to point out the nail polish – mint and hot pink!  LOVE those two colors together.  Thinking Lauren will love some mint fingernails and hot pink toenails – hello spring!

I found a lovely luffa pouf to go along with the two fresh & glow body washes.  I couldn’t decide which one to give Lauren so I decided why not give both – another reason why I love Softsoap, high quality products and very affordable prices.
I personally love the Softsoap Fresh & Glow Exfoliating Fruit Polish; gives skin a glowing and smooth look with the help of Apricot Seeds, Orange and Kiwi 100% Real Extracts.  The apricot seeds exfoliate the skin which leaves skin nice and healthy looking!  A great way to remove those winter blues from your skin!
I believe that for Lauren’s humidity missing skin she will love the Softsoap Fresh & Glow Hydrating Shower Cream.  The Milk Protein Almond and Coconut 100% Real Extracts lock in long-lasting moisture which leaves skin nice and soft and looking healthy.  I will also mention that the smell of these body washes leave your bath time nice and fragrant and relaxing!

I found a cute basket to create the perfect Hydrating Spa Basket.  Not only does this basket serve a purpose for the gift I am giving but also can allow her to keep all of her items in one place for when she is ready to achieve that Fresh & Glow look!

You can create your very own Hydrating Spa Basket by heading to the Soap aisle at Walmart and picking up the NEW Softsoap Fresh & Glow Body Washes.  If you are planning on creating the Hydrating Spa Basket for a gift make sure you also create one for you!   Your skin will be calling for bath time when you are making this gift basket.

So now the question is – which Softsoap Fresh & Glow Body Wash does your skin deserve?

That scrub brush looks like an excellent tool! I think the coconut and almond scent would be heavenly! What a great idea to do for a friend, and hopefully help her adjust to the dry winters.
