taco bar, Taquitos, Tamale, salsa recipe, queso blanco recipe, fun Mexican Fiesta bar
Do you have any basketball parties planned?  Anytime occasion we can find a reason to invite family and friends over we do!  So this time of the year there is plenty of games on TV to get the party started.  I am in love with the “bar” trend for party set ups and I have found an easy way to serve a large crowd with out much effort!  That is a party for me!  I created the perfect Taquito Bar with a great spread of all kinds of toppings for the Taquitos and Tamales.

To make this Taquito Bar even better I stopped at Walmart and picked up some Delimex® Taquitos and Tamales.  Not only are these really yummy but totally makes the prep time of this party set up next to nothing.  We love having these Taquitos on hand for surprise visitors and quick dinners for the kids but making a Taquito Bar with these products made me love Delimex® even more.
Beginning March 9, 2015 you can Save $1.00 on any TWO (2) Delimex® Frozen Taquito products (Excluding Fruit Taquito Products) at Walmart, offer expires May 4, 2015!    This means you can stock up on these and create your next party spread.

When I started planning my party I knew that I wanted to dress up our Taquito Bar with some yummy homemade salsas and dips.  Since the main dishes do not take much prep I was really able to get creative with the Taquito Bar fixings.  I prepared all of my fixing the evening before our guests were coming over, which meant the day of our party I literally only had to prepare the Taquitos and Tamales in the oven.  Easy Peasy!
I created four easy but delicious dips and salsas that I know you will love.  Green Chile Sour Cream, Pineapple Salsa, Queso Blanco Dip and an Easy Salsa.  Yummy!!  Sounds like a lot of work but you will surprise yourself when you make of these in less than 45 minutes!

Like I said, I adore the “bar” trend and one of those reasons is because I love creating fun printables to dress up my bar.  These fiesta table tents are perfect for any Mexican or Fiesta bar theme.  You can print your own Fiesta Table Tent Cards here.  This allows you to label all of your fixings for your guests to read and explore.

Before your guests arrive set your bar up for serving.  Label everything and tell your guests to help themselves.  Keep the Taquito Bar nicely stocked and ready for seconds.  A party plan like this will allow guests to sit down and have a good meal or come back for snacking during any kind of setting.  I really think this is the best set up for any sporting event watching party.  Snacks and sports go together and as a hostess who loves to throw a good party I am happy that since most of the work is done well before my guests arrive I get to spend time with my friends and family!  Party TIME!!

So what are you waiting for?  Head to Walmart and get ready for your next party with Delimex!  Your guests will love it!
I have shared my Taquito Bar idea so now share yours, how will you party this basketball season?
