I am a Crock Pot fan, I love being able to prepare a meal before work and come home and not have to worry about dinner.  The Crock Pot does all the work!  I have gotten more daring with our Crock Pot meals and the one I am sharing today is one that the hubby is asking for again!  Now, before everyone gets on me for my “Asada” recipe – yes, I know that Asada means grilled and yes I know that my recipe is not grilled!  But you see, the beauty of a crock pot meal is that I do not have to stand over a grill or stove soooo enjoy it and you’re welcome!

The flavor of this beef is amazing!  We use this shredded meat for Taco Tuesday sometimes and all of us really enjoy it!  Especially Teagan!  Our little meat eater!  Yum!  Best part of this recipe?  You can literally use any cut of beef!
