Memories usually involve food, drinks and parties. As the summer is quickly approaching I am already booking our weekends full of potential memorable events, so exciting! Some of my favorite memories involve Kool-Aid, the perfect summer drink. I remember sitting out on my parent’s front lawn on beach towels with my BFF and watching the clouds and staying cool with some cold Kool-Aid. That Kool-Aid Man knew how to make a delicious cup of Kool-Aid.
Last weekend I went to a Demo at my local Walmart and found the new Kool-Aid Easy Mix Liquid and was sold. I immediately picked up one of each flavor available and knew that this would be the perfect mix to have on hand for our summer plans. These are better than the traditional powder mix because you can literally make one glass to a whole pitcher full. So easy and convenient because all you do is add water! Nice!
Finding these Kool-Aid Easy Mix made me start thinking of how I could use these traditional Kool-Aid flavors in something other than a glass of water. Boom! Who loves Icebox Pie? Oh dessert, you are my favorite to make and enjoy and this recipe not only tastes amazing on a hot summer day but is super easy to make too. The Kool-Aid Easy Mix adds the perfect fruity flavor to the pie too.

I actually never really had kool-aid as a kid. My mom was the one who always brought fresh fruits and made juices. It wasn't until I was on my own I got introduced to it but I don't buy it too often.
