Disclosure: I was provided with Pilates classes in exchange for my honest review. No other compensation was given.
Sometimes the idea of stepping into a health club is overwhelming, especially if you are like me and you are nowhere near the picture of health. Something changed for me a couple weeks ago – I walked into a club that I adore and love visiting at least once a week now! Guess what, it isn’t a dance club either! Welcome to Club Pilates Cherry Creek!
For those of you that have been reading my blog for a while you know that I really enjoy supporting local businesses in Colorado. I was so excited and nervous to except an offer to work with Club Pilates Cherry Creek Colorado and now I feel myself hooked on the reformer Pilates I have experienced.
Club Pilates Cherry Creek has been open for almost a year now and I am kind of sad that I just now started enjoying this treat. Yes, I called an hour of intense exercise a treat. That should be enough for you to run to the next class with me. Before a couple weeks ago I had no idea what Reformer Pilates was and had no idea what to expect.
When my friend Lauren and I walked into our first class on a beautiful Saturday morning we were welcomed by everyone in the class along with our favorite instructor Sara. Sure that equipment looks a little terrifying if you have not used it before but assure you that any of the Club Pilates Cherry Creek instructors will walk you through everything you need to know in order to get a great work out.
The Reformer is the machine that you use through out the work out. While you adjust to the steps you also work on your breathing techniques and focusing on that core. Each class is 50 minutes and let me tell you, it goes so fast! That is a plus for me – working out is hard when you are a tired over worked mother AND the best part, I feel my muscles working! It is a great feeling. Sara, our instructor, made me feel welcome and is always ready to assist you to make sure your body is in the correct position. At some clubs you might feel silly but that is not the case here. This club is well run, friendly and the perfect environment for beginners and experts!
Looks like a fun group of ladies right? These ladies are your instructors. And while you think they might just be smiling for the camera I can guarantee that you will also be smiling through out your experience. Lauren and I have a long way to go in our fitness journey but with the help of Club Pilates Cherry Creek we are feeling stronger with every visit.
One of my favorite parts of the Club Pilates Cherry Creek is the class schedule, no excuses! If any of you could see my planner you would wonder how I could possibly fit in a class? Thankfully there are over 50 classes at all different levels and times for you to choose from, not to mention they are open 7 days a week! One will work for your busy schedule!
I cannot think of any better way to describe my experience at Club Pilates Cherry Creek other than – Amazing, Refreshing and Inviting. Anyone looking for the perfect Mother’s Day gift for any mom in your life? Check out the packages and memberships that Club Pilates offer – I know I am putting it on my wish list. Mom’s need time for themselves, even though this is a work out you will leave refreshed and ready to be supermom for another day!
Club Pilates Cherry Creek is located in the Cherry Creek Shopping District – 3000 E 3rd Ave #20, Denver, CO 80206.

One day I will try a Pilates class! Maybe if I get it as a Mother's Day gift!
That studio looks SO nice. I would love to try Pilates in a studio sometime. I think it would be much more effective than using the videos in my living room.
Sounds like a nice studio to stretch and workout. I have never tried Pilates before.
Never tied this but now you have me wanting to. Will have to check one out.
Pilates is so hard but rewarding. As a "former dancer" I remember doing the exercises in my younger days and it was difficult. Its great you get to work with a Brand you believe in
That's a great picture of the instructors. 🙂 The equipment does look a little terrifying, until you put the people on them, then it doesn't look so hard/bad. 😉
OMG I love love love the Reformer! It's such an amazing workout!
This looks like it was so fun! Looks like something really fun to do with your girlfriends!
This looks SO heavenly to me. My workout time definitely doubles as my relaxation time!
I have done pilates at home alone. However, if would be great to attend a class.
Oh I just LOVE this! I attend my husband's Pilates classes for years. I think Pilates is my very favorite too!
I tried pilates once at the gym on a mat. I have always wanted to try the machines. This looks like a wonderful place!
I've never tried pilates, but it sounds like a great way to get stronger. Having the flexibility of so many class times to choose from is awesome. Cute instructor gear by the way. 🙂
I like pilates but I have never tried reformer pilates. I wish we had a studio like this nearby maybe I could get in more time doing them!
I have never tried pilates like this before! I wouldn't even know how to operate that equipment! 😉
I have tried Pilates at home of course. I have never done them at a gym. This looks like a good time.
I have heard really good things about pilates. It's supposed to be one of the few forms of exercise that can help you target particular areas to firm up.
