This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Sterling for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

I honestly never really thoughts about the design of our bathroom being not bath friendly until we had kids.  Currently, we have a tub with a shower curtain, sure it looks great but really the moment bath time is over we are mopping up water and bubbles from the bath time fun.

I started doing some research on possibly replacing our shower curtain with an actual shower door but when I said something to my mom she told me the pains she suffered when I was a kid during bath time from her shower door.  That is when I stumbled on the new Sterling shower doors with ComforTrack technology . I immediately showed my mom and her response was just like you would expect – “why didn’t they have that when I needed it!”

I know the pain that my mom was referring too.  Those metal tracks digging into your arms!  OUCH!!  The Sterling Prevail sliding door is one of a kind that happens to be available for a tub or a shower set up.  It has a flexible track, which is comfortable, easy to clean, and a smart addition to any showering space.
Our bath time routine for Jude and Teagan is pretty fun and easy.  We are so lucky to have kids that love bath time so we have not had struggles but we do end up with a ton of water on the tile after the fun which is why the idea of adding one of these amazing sliding doors is on our list!

Bath time should be a comfortable experience for everyone.  I love sitting on the tub and playing with the kids, especially when we get the bath crayons out.  So fun to see the creativity. When we started considering the addition of a sliding door I wondered how this would work.  But now that I have found the Sterling Prevail Shower Door I am sold.  Keep the water and bubbles in the tub but still have a fun bath time with the kiddos!!

I am excited to move towards installing one of these in our bathroom soon! Great for bathing kids, washing dogs, lolling in the bath with your feet up, and easy cleaning of the tub and shower with out the pain of the metal tracks.

How do you make sure to have a comfortable bath time for everyone?

It's been many years since my boys were babies, but I always kneeled down on a pillow when I did.

Shower doors are important, especially for young children! Great job!

Yes! This is exactly what I need for our kid's bathroom! We currently have the sliding doors with the lip that hurts your backside or your belly when leaning over. I'm headed to go check these out! Thank you!

I would love for this to be installed in my home. Sitting on the true metal ones hurt & trying to fold a dry towel to add a little cushion doesn't help either.

I have such a hard time with bath time. I've started using a towel folded under my knees. I couldn't imagine having shower doors! This looks pretty awesome and like a great alternative!

This is a perfect solution. Shower doors are awesome.

That would make it so much easier. I never thought about this! Great idea!

I have a shower that's downstairs that I want to install a bathroom sliding door on. I will have to look into this.

I normally sit on the toilet lid (toilet) which is next to the tub when my kids are in the bath. I do not like leaving my little ones in the tub alone.

We need new shower doors. I'm definitely looking into these.

We have a shower curtain, but this is totally genius!

Those are so awesome. We have a curtain and no matter how hard I try or how many times I remind them, they still end up soaking the whole floor. 🙂

Woah! A door on the bathtub! that's so cool!! And comfy to sit on is a huge added bonus!

This is totally amazing. We have curtains but water always slips and makes a mess

I prefer a shower curtain for myself because all I have to do is toss it in the washing machine to clean, but I can see how people who need to bath kids would much prefer a shower door! And that soft arm rest area is genius!

I have doors to clean on my shower and like it so much more than a curtain.

Bathtime is at its hardest when your bathing one little one and pregnant with another. Then you really can't lean over those metal rails! This would be a perfect solution.

Oh this looks great! Absolutely awesome, we also only have a shower curtain but will definitely need to change to a door when the kids get bigger.

We use a thick towel to kneel on. I would love a luxury bathroom built for wrestling crazy kids in the bath

That was years ago – I always kneel down – putting a towel on the floor. Often I got up with sore knees!

We r still putting in a real tub this summer, I'm saving for a big one. So my 2 year old is bathing in the washtub and I have a small shower.I can't wait until I get it finished! It's been a long process, but I want it comfortable.

Awesome upgrade for sure, those metal brackets can be a pain, we currently have a shower curtain, but hope to upgrade the entire bathroom soon. Awesome to know they have a better option now.
