Set the Crock Pot and come back later to enjoy this tender and delicious Crock Pot French Dip Sandwich recipe.  Can you believe that this recipe has only 3 ingredients?   YUM!

Last week we started something new for our family – Taekwondo for Jude.  While I truly believe this will be so helpful for him, it is a huge time investment for our family.  Two evenings a night we will be heading to Taekwondo which means we needed some fast meal ideas.  I started thinking about some new crock pot meals and came up with one that is WAY to easy and the kids loved it.   Promise to take more pictures of Jude’s Taekwondo soon!

This looks amazing…and I'm an avid French Dip fan! On nights when there is zero time for time intensive meals, I run to my crock pot too. There's nothing better than coming home to a ready to eat meal!

I'm not sure how this recipe could get any easier unless the meat put itself in the crockpot! I love slow cooker recipes, especially in the summer so you don't have to heat up the house with the oven and you're free to go do all sorts of fun things during the day and come home to dinner that is already cooked! Awesome!
