for a get together I decided to create something that everyone would enjoy and
I wouldn’t have to slave over a stove/oven for hours to prepare.
will enjoy this because he for some ODD reason feels the need to lie and say he
is allergic to coconut just because he doesn’t like coconut! HA!!
So, let me rephrase. Anyone that
likes coconut will LOVE this super easy dessert.
Mini Coconut Cream Pie
8 premade mini graham cracker pie crusts
milk until pudding becomes thick, using a whisk.
3. Fold in 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
7. Let coconut flakes bake for 7-10 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes. Coconut should be light brown when done.
9. Serve cooled – right out of the refrigerator. Enjoy!
