This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Campbell’s Soup Company for IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Are you ready for some football?  How about some fall football?  Don’t you love this time of the year?  The season is changing and so is our TV programming.  My husband believes that the best way to enjoy a great cool weather Sunday full of football is what a great hearty meal – give the man some Meat and Potatoes.  Now, here’s the thing. I am not much for the meat and potato kind of snack or meal so we have found a way for Jeremy to enjoy his football treat without me having to prepare it.

Upside Down BBQ Pork Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Sounds delicious right? With the help of Campbell’s Chunky™ Soup this recipe can be easily prepared during a commercial break.  There is something about a good hearty soup that screams football season.  I decided to challenge Jeremy to coming up with a whole new game day meal for himself and he delivered!  Using the NEW Campbell’s Chunky™ Soup in the BBQ Seasoned Pork this is a spiced up shepherd’s pie!  Yummy!

What You Need:

Campbell’s Chunky™ Soup BBQ Seasoned Pork
Instant Mashed Potatoes

Directions:

1.  Prepare the mashed potatoes as directed.

2.  Layer mashed potatoes into individual bowls – about 1 cup.

3.  Prepare Campbell’s Chunky™ Soup as directed on can.

4.  Spoon Campbell’s Chunky™ Soup on top of the mashed potatoes.

5.  And ENJOY!!

There you have it!  Meat and Potatoes for some Sunday Football!!  Not only is this a perfect game day meal but Chunky is loaded with big pieces of meat and veggies in flavors guys love.  Satisfy those hungry football fans with ease or make them prepare it on their own.  Easy enough!

We have never tried the BBQ seasoned pork chunky soup before but I bet my family would enjoy this. I am always looking for quick lunch ideas for when we get home after church on Sunday and are starving.
