some reformer Pilates classes here in Denver, they are amazing. Seriously the best work out I have had in

evening and by the time I get home from class, help get the kids in bed and
change out of my work out gear I am starving.
Instead of eating a bunch of food so late in the evening I decided to
start making protein packed smoothies to enjoy as I recover from work, Pilates
and mommyhood.

Blueberry Zing Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup milk
1 small banana
2 packets Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener
Directions:
Smoothies are so easy, put all ingredients in a blender, I always put the fruit in first so it gets nice and blended, and blend together until it’s a smoothie consistency. Enjoy immediately while cold from the cold milk and frozen blueberries.
This smoothie is so simple to create and also helps me recover from my Pilates workout. I love a good smoothie recipe! I've never made one with stevia before but it's a great idea to help cut unwanted calories. Pinning for later!
I will have to look for Zing at the store. I have used other brands of stevia in the past but didn't care for the aftertaste.
I am a Zing addict. Anyone at work can tell you I always have a packet at hand for coffee or tea. But lately my favorite use is on grapefruit. Talk about no guilt! And it tastes great.
I haven't heard of Zing before, I will have to look for it at the store. Now can you tell me more about reformer Pilates? It's been years since I did Pilates, and I am now REALLY out of shape and want to start doing it again…. TIA

Sure, I would give Zing a try. I don't add anything extra to my smoothies, but I'm sure this would entice the kids!
I really need to start making smoothies. I love blueberries, too, so this would be a great recipe to start with.
